Amazing place with its indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and wonderful staff. On my first stay, they gave me helpful travel tips, which I still remember. I'm definitely coming back for a Christmas stay!

Aurelia, the manager, truly made our stay special by resolving our check-in chaos with warmth. The hotel's gym and breakfast selections exceeded expectations, making it a delightful experience for our group.

The sauna, which drew me here, was out of service during my stay, which left me feeling a bit cheated. Additionally, the restaurant served frozen products instead of fresh meals, and that simply didn't sit right for a hotel aiming for five-star standards. I found the pool is rather small, which didn't provide the relaxation experience I hoped for. Plus, I ran into issues with housekeeping, as my room wasn’t cleaned properly on some days, which is not ideal for longer stays.

Staff were super friendly. The room had a comfy king bed, flat-screen TV, minibar, and a coffee machine. The bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries and a walk-in shower. Breakfast offered a massive spread with fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked options. Spa facilities included a lovely heated pool and relaxation area.
